Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

This allows time to settle in and begin promptly. Please note that your session will still end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.

For Colour Analysis appointments:

Please arrive without makeup and without fake tan or self-tan. Makeup, CC creams, BB creams, and tanning products alter the natural appearance of your skin and can interfere with the accurate assessment of your undertone.

Additionally, the colour drapes used during the consultation are made from luxury fabrics and require professional dry cleaning only. If they are stained with makeup or tanning products, the cost of cleaning will be charged to the client.

For Body Shape Analysis:

Please bring a pair of leggings and a fitted or tight T-shirt to change into. This allows for precise measurements and a clear understanding of your natural proportions.

Following these guidelines ensures that you receive the most accurate analysis and the highest standard of service.

At this time, consultations are not recommended for individuals under the age of 17.

During adolescence, the body and facial structure are still developing, and ongoing changes can significantly affect colour harmony, proportions, and overall analysis results. For this reason, we believe it is best to wait until these changes have stabilised to provide guidance that is truly accurate and long-lasting.

As each consultation requires significant preparation and is delivered as a time-intensive luxury service, availability is limited to a small number of clients per day.

A £50 cancellation fee applies to any service cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. This fee helps cover preparation time and the inability to rebook the appointment at short notice.
